Stroke Program
The Stroke (Neurology) Program is designed for individuals who are medically stable but have limitations in one of the following areas: mobility, self-care, communication and cognition.

Our interdisciplinary team provides quality rehab for individuals with stroke and degenerative neurological conditions they need to reach their highest potential.

Wound Care Program
The wound care program is designed for individuals who may have chronic, diabetic or pressure ulcer; acute, sub-acute, traumatic or dehisced wounds; flaps and grafts; or partial thickness burns.

Valley House provides state-of-the-art technology and equipment, together with a medical professional team to support full recovery and healing.

Physically, the patient will work to build the strength needed for transferring from bed to wheelchair, or from wheelchair to another chair.

Specialized medical professionals will work together with the following services necessary for wound healing.

The The IV Therapy Program is for medically stable individuals who have demonstrated the potential to make functional gains.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program - Complex Post Surgical
The post surgical program is designed for medically stable individuals who would benefit from comprehensive rehab services and further healing, just after an acute hospital procedure.

This can give the patient's body time to fully recover, while helping the injured individual on how to face hurdles he or she may have never experienced - from ambulating to precautions on wound or medical care.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program - Orthopedic
This program is designed for individuals and seniors who are medically stable, but have recently experienced a physical injury; resulting in the loss of one or more of the following areas: ambulation, mobility, self-care, and physical function.

Each day this program is helping the injured reach new levels of potential-leading to a more productive life.
